RS77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to RS77, an online betting and casino platform operated for players based in Pakistan. RS77 provides sports betting markets — with a particular focus on cricket, PSL and international matches — alongside a live casino, slot games, and a full game lobby, all transacted in PKR.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules under which RS77 is made available to you. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and RS77. Please read every section carefully. If any part is unclear, you are welcome to contact our support team before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use RS77, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RS77 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.
• You must be a real person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on RS77. Only one account per person is allowed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of RS77 or its associated entities.

RS77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned at RS77's discretion.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one RS77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own details or using another person's information — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. RS77 may ask you to verify your identity at any time using official documents. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact RS77 support immediately. RS77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.

• Do not use a shared device to access RS77 without logging out after each session.
• Do not allow third parties to place bets on your behalf or access your account for any reason.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so RS77 can reach you regarding account activity.

RS77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In the event of closure for cause, RS77 will retain the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Payments

RS77 accepts deposits exclusively in PKR through the following payment methods available to players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and standard debit or credit cards and mobile wallets.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• RS77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your RS77 account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by your bank or wallet are outside RS77's control.
• Deposit funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

RS77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from unverified or anonymous sources. Any deposit received via an unacceptable method will be returned and the account flagged for review.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of genuine winnings and unused deposit funds at any time, subject to the conditions below. RS77's goal is to process withdrawal requests promptly to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. RS77 does not send funds to third-party accounts.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. RS77 may request supporting documents before releasing funds.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

RS77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be informed as far as legally permissible.

6. Betting Rules

RS77 offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. RS77 does not offer cash-out or bet cancellation except where explicitly stated in a specific market's terms.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. If odds change between placing and confirmation due to a technical issue, RS77 will contact the player with the option to proceed or cancel.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event at the time of placement. RS77 uses live data feeds; occasional delays between the physical event and the platform are possible.
• RS77 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per player, per market, or per event at any time, particularly for accounts showing patterns consistent with professional betting or abuse.
• Bets placed using exploited odds, system errors, or clearly incorrect prices will be voided.

Cricket bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). PSL results are settled per the official PSL scorecard. In the event of a dispute over a result, RS77's decision — made on the basis of official data — is final.

7. Casino & Games

RS77's live casino and slot games are provided through arrangements with third-party game studios and live dealer providers. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) rates and minimum/maximum stakes are governed by the individual game's terms, which are accessible within the game interface.

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time live dealer mechanics. RS77 does not manipulate outcomes.
• Players must have sufficient balance in their RS77 account before starting any casino game. Games cannot be played on credit.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, RS77 will attempt to settle any open bet in accordance with game rules. If settlement is not possible, the stake will be returned.
• Gameplay logs are maintained and may be used to resolve disputes. The system record is the authoritative source for game outcomes.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

RS77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome offers, reload bonuses and PSL-season specials. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly published at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus on a second account will be treated as a breach of the one-account rule.
• RS77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• RS77 may set minimum odds requirements for bets that contribute to bonus wagering. Free bets placed on odds below the stated minimum may not count towards wagering.

If you have questions about a specific promotion's terms, contact support before claiming. Once a bonus has been activated, its terms are fixed and cannot be renegotiated.

9. Responsible Gaming

RS77 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting and casino games should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress. RS77 provides tools to help players manage their activity within limits they are comfortable with.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Enable time alerts to keep track of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can request a self-exclusion period from RS77 support. During exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and no marketing will be sent.
• Reality Check: Use the account activity section to review your deposit history, bet history and net win/loss position at any time.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RS77 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with RS77 without human input.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs or incorrectly displayed odds. Players are expected to notify RS77 support if a clear error is observed.
• Colluding with other players or working in groups to gain an unfair advantage across betting markets.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in relation to the event being bet on.
• Using RS77 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account or RS77's internal systems without authorisation.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

RS77 monitors account activity continuously. Unusual patterns — such as abnormally high win rates, coordinated betting across accounts, or irregular withdrawal requests — will trigger a review. During a review, access to withdrawals may be paused until the investigation is complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

RS77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• RS77 is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• RS77 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand the terms of a specific bet market or promotion.
• RS77's maximum liability to any player in connection with any claim is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim.
• RS77 is not responsible for any taxes payable by the player on winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits RS77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to Terms

RS77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RS77 will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of RS77 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
